Can you do a colon cleanser and still go to work?

I don’t like to use the bathroom at work (or any public restroom for that matter). The colon cleaser product says it takes about 90 days to fully cleanse. I would obviously start on the weekend, but after the first couple days does the um…”action” slow down enough to go to work and activly participate in life or is it more beneficial to take a week off?
